Along with this it would be nice to be able to see a conversion rate for our consultations we are seeing. For example 2 out of 5 consultations schedule for surgery.

I agree! Separating collections and adjustments would help immensely in determining an accurate collection rate for each month of the year.

I have used the Notepad to run this report, however, it would be much more efficient to have a report created in OMSVision so as referrals change we could run the report without having to create it each time. It would also be nice to have the options available to run the report with similar parameters in the referral reports area; like top 25, etc.
