We currently have to check each ledger prior to posting to ensure the insurance payment is allocated to the current location. When posting a payment, the doctor number appears on the grid next to the procedure code. Please add the location number next to it. That would allow us to select the correct location from the drop down menu under the type of payment. Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Susan Haruki commentedOur Delta carrier now offers insurance plans where diagnostic and preventive services are paid at varying percentage rates but those services do not count towards the patient's calendar year or contract year maximum. We need to either over-ride the maximum amount to allow for additional payment by the insurance carrier, or we need to specify in the Estimator or Coverage table that a particular procedure code is excluded from the maximum. In addition to the local Delta carrier, we have encountered this with Aetna Department of Defense employees and also military dependents (MetLife). We would greatly appreciate your assistance in calculating our patients' accurate copayments.

Our office also encounters the problem of prescriptions not being filled because only one DEA number can be assigned to a provider with multiple locations in OMSVision. We would appreciate the ability to link a DEA number with a provider's treating location. Thank you.
