Agreed, saves at least 2 to 5 minutes per patient to have online eligibility instead of having to log into carrier websites or make a phone call for each patient.
eServices offers this functionality for Dentrix already.

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedWe have a couple of doctors that would like to be able to print a report of ALL the prescriptions written for their provider number for a specified date range. Currently only a level 9 can access this report, through the security file (file/security/printer icon). Our doctors are not a level 9 and we cannot give them that access. Therefore, we need a way to print a list of prescriptions for them without having to wait on a home office staff member to run it for them.

Why would this feature be useful? Is this specifically for insurance reasons? Or are there other reasons you’d like this feature to be implemented?
An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedWe have the ability to link through the guarantor, which is how we link family members in our system (as mentioned above).
The issue comes for some offices when they go to print statements or receipts, it will show the guarantors information (statements print to the guarantor with the patient name below).
Seems like the way we link them is fine. Just a preference to "not show or include the guarantor information" is what is required.

The messages do not clear until you choose to clear them and they are much easier to read (more like a text message format!). You also have the option of sending messages to those that are offline!

This is a preference setting, the 7th checkbox down on the right hand side under “Insurance Defaults”, it’s called “Use HIPAA numeric quadrant codes on ADA Claims”

But it can pull a list of patients registered between a certain set of dates with no upcoming appointments or recalls. Would this work for you?

With the new treatment plan letter feature, you could create as many different types of treatment plan forms as you wanted. This is in the current version of the software.
