Combining Accounts
It would be fabulous to be able to combine patient accounts if it is a duplicate. We seem to have a problem with creating new accounts when registering patients out of pre-reg. If we can't combine the accounts, the ability to delete a duplicate account would be another great feature.

Online Expert Series Training
It would be very nice to see more lessons in the expert series training. As of right now there is only one for scheduling. Seems like PerioVision training has been forgotten about. :-(

Adding last four of a credit card to payment
It would be nice to be able to add the last four digits to a credit card payment type (example enable the check # box). I have had several patients ask what credit card that they used at their previous visit, they want to know the specific card not just the type of card.

Treatment plan status
The treatment plan status should automatically changed from 'planned' to 'in progress' when the treatment is linked to an appointment and the planned for date should change to the scheduled date. It is very time consuming to go back into the PIC, tx plan tab and then edit each code separately. This would make the work in progress report more accurate and save from having to check to see if each patient is scheduled.

clinical vision conditions
It would be super helpful if I was able to chart a cantilever bridge in clinical vision as that is prudent information. Also, we see a lot of ortho patients so it would be nice to have a button that you could click that would show the patient is in ortho. A strong frenum would also be a nice feature to have. Thanks!

Cancellation Report
Is there a way to generate a report of all the patients that cancelled on a particular date? If not please consider adding this as an option. Thank you.

Clinical Vision Charting
Why is the dentition not aligned with the teeth #'s when you are viewing "Split Upper" or "Split Lower"? This makes it difficult when charting new numbers. It would be very very helpful if they were aligned, or when charting pocket depths the tooth will be highlighted somehow on the charting half of the screen and the dentition half.

Changed Payment Screen in PerioVision 16.1
The change when entering payment in payment screen is not user friendly. At first I didn't think it was taking the payment and thought I was backtracking out & then noticed that it actually took the payment. It was better before and would also be great to get an Itemized receipt in the payment screen instead of having to back out and then go into the patient's ledger to be able to give the patient an itemized receipt.

Perio Charting Printing
when printing/viewing perio charting from clinical vision - the pocket depth numbers continue to appear even when the tooth as been marked as missing. If you do a "reset all" it removes the recession and mobility numbers. How can we remove the tooth and continue charting without the previous pocket depth numbers reappearing

Why is the Default Printer-Nova PDF?
Any time I print, I have to switch my printer. The support at PerioVision said we would only have to switch it once. That is true for PerioVision, but not Microsoft word and other programs that I use. This started with the upgrade, which typically causes issues for 2-3 months. Please get it together and have things worked out before upgrading. It seems that I spend a lot of money after an upgrade with my local computer/IT guy.
1 voteThere is a setting in your operating system that can change what default printer is used by programs you use, this is the setting you want to change.
I recommend you contact our support team, they should be able to help you change your windows default printer.

Allergies
It would be prudent to have a confirmation box in case of accidentally deleting allergies over 24 hours old.
1 voteCan you give us more information on this? Currently you can delete it, but it doesn’t actually remove anything, it just does a strike-through.

Change colors in confirmation status
We should be able to choose different colors for the confirmation status on the schedule. The No Answer, AutoRemind and User Defined Text are to close in color, that it is hard to quickly tell which one you are using.

preferred name
Would like an option to have the patient's preferred name show on the appointment book. Perhaps a preference setting. It currently only shows in the appointment comments or in the patient information center.

Narratives search
Within the narratives we have consents, post op instructions, pre op instructions, chart notes, communications notes....for both the doctor and hygienists.
Would like the ability to search the narrative subject by key words. (for when there are many many records to scroll through)

Appointment reminders remove comments
When printing the appointment reminders from the configuration view, it adds the comments on the dymo label. Often these comments are not things for the patient, but rather reminders for the office.
Would like ability to hide them (preference perhaps).

Plaque index in perio chart
Would like to be able to record the plaque index in the periodontal chart.

Set our own work week for time clock.
Allow calculating of time based on our actual pay dates. Right now it totals the calendar week for you, but we do payroll based on a Tuesday-Wednesday work week. It's very hard for our accountant to look at the time sheets when there's a big block right in the middle with an inaccurate total for our office and then our "flagged" total is at the very end.
