Add Spell Check
Add a feature that will flag (underline in red) possible misspelled words in Patient Narratives.

Calculate % BOP
We found this to be a very valuable educational and motivational tool in our previous software. We were able to give the Patient a BOP Score. They respond very well to a "number/score". They are motivated to decrease that number/score, knowing it represents their level of infection. It would be great if ClinicalVision automatically calculates a %BOP. It would be very efficient compared to using a calculator to calculate the %BOP like we are doing now.

Pease Update Messaging Center
My office has 3 locations and we use the Messaging Center all the time. We are unable to view the first message that is sent unless we get a reply. Also, please consider adding a place where messages can be searched rather than scrolling through all the messages in order to find the one needed. When scrolling through messages the program does not allow us to scroll very far in the past, we will scroll down and the list of messages will jump back up to the most recent. Clinical Vision Issue
When in Clinical Vision, if I go back into PV with Clinical Vision open and try to access another patients chart it will close Clinical Vision. I am interrupted often by employee's with questions while working. Pain that I have to go back into PV and reopen the patients chart to go back into their clinical Vision. Make programs work more independently.

Itimized Recipts in payment screen
When you enter payments to an account, the check box to get a receipt should be an itemized receipt. We shouldn't have to go back into the patient's ledger and "reprint receipt" to get an itemized receipt.

Changing a patient's "Type" shouldn't re-open old Insurance claims.
When a patient goes from Type "IPP" (Insurance pays patient) to Type "2" (Standard), it should NOT re-open old claims from years past. It should start from that day going forward and not automatically affect every old claim from before, or you should have a choice if you want it change previous claims or not.

call, text, email patients to confirm appointment
Either be able to use a 3rd party program or develop a program so patients can be called, texted, or emailed appointment confirmation. We are looking to utilize a service and nothing works with PerioVision.

Under Communications: why is there the option of BOTH Cell phone and Mobile ?
Update the software to just have one or the other.

correct ClinicalVision
Sometimes, we cannot enter information for an existing tooth. Today we tried charting a tooth that is present in the patients mouth and on ClinicalVison, but cannot enter charting information. It happens with one tooth only. Not sure why but this needs to be fixed.

Perio Vison Mobile
I currently have 5 active doctors in my practice. When we bring up the mobile application about 11 doctors names come up to select from. When my doctor is trying to get to him on his cell phone because the screen is so limited he has to look through them to find his name. We would like to see an option to select doctors to show up on the mobile app active or not. He is the only one using the app if we could just have his name come up that would be great. He is frustrated and ready…

Add features to the 'TODAY'S REMINDERS' pop up window.
Especially the tickler file portion. We should be able to print this list from the pop up window or be able to check off or delete completed tasks. It would also be nice to have the option to have pin it or let it continue to pop up through out the day.

Print UCR on TxPlans
I know there is a column for this but it has not worked for our office. Billed is not the same as UCR or allowable. Really allows the patient to see the benifit of benifits. lets get it to print on different documents. The ledger patients donb't see.
How many times to you hear, 'how much does my dental insurance cover?"

Allow provider names in ledger.
Very important in multi Dr/Hyg offices, you need to keep remembering which provider is which #.

Document Center options need to be updated!
As we are fully electronic we use the Document Center often. We are previous Dentrix users and are very frustrated with how outdated the options are in PV. In Dentrix, you can drag and drop documents in there from your desktop instead of searching, scan as multi page PDF so the document is in 1 sub catigory, print to the document center and Dentrix would list the sub catigorys by date oldest to newest on the left side bar. Looking for and scanning documents is very time consuming in PV.

Text/Size Resolution options within PerioVision
As of now the only option to make the size of the text larger is to change your computer resolution settings, we don't want to change the whole computer just to make PerioVision larger.

Sent Clinical Letters
When we create a letter in Narratives for a patient letter to go to the GD, my doctor would like to see letter sent, whether it was mailed, e-sent or still pending. He wants a checks and balance system. If it could show on their previous appointment(daily Schedule) that would be ideal. Maybe you could attach the letter to an appointment so this option could be created?

Revise the Time Clock
When there is an Edit/Addition of Sick or Holiday hours to your time clock, it should automatically be marked on the time clock. I wanna know when an edit has been entered, changed, etc!

change clinicalvision full screen.
The full screen shows 1/3 perio charting and 2/3 notes and a blank blue screen. Since the charting is the most important, maybe it should be the majority of the page. Also, seeing the teeth and probing would be helpful.

enable the boxes on the medical history/allergies/alerts pin board to be moved
We would like to be able to move the patient photo box either to the top of medical history pin board or above the quick notes box in the PIC.
