Add a Print option to the Claim Status Notes.
Add a Print option to the claim status Notes. We won't utilized the claim status notes unless there is a Print Option. We'll continue to use contact notes for our claim status notes until there is a change on this.

ES - patient type linked to insurance profiles
Patient types should be able to be linked to insurance profiles so that it adds the patient type automatically when you add or change the insurance on a patient account

Time Clock-Payroll Reports
Create a preference setting so that when running payroll reports in the time clock the payroll date range are automatically entered.

EMR Reports
From Camelot Endo:
Sometimes we need to print only one page of the patients history or dental records. As it is now we have to go through several steps. Realizing EHR can produce all dental records in a quick and easy method is great but it does not include general information that the patient gives to us when they first come in.2 votes -
Referrer Notes
I would like the info that is entered under Notes on the Edit Referrer window (Main) to come up as notes on the Schedule for any patient of this dr's. I have tried putting this info into the profile and it comes up on new patients from this doctor but not on patients we have already seen. Or add some kind of alert to pop when I have notes on a referrer associated with this patient. From Dr. Michael Stevens

Ability to inactivate payment types
Should have the ability to inactivate payment types.
As we no longer use them, we would like to clear the "clutter".
We cannot delete, since that potentially changes history.
Example: We added Sunbit (similar to CareCredit) and no longer utilize them.

ledger note defaults
When posting insurance payments, we would like to be able to pull from a list of defaults.
Our payment posters have to currently copy and past a template from their desktop, to keep things uniform and make sure that all information is added in correctly.
This is key for us since we are a large NDSO and want the template the same across all locations in all states.

export user production
When you export the user production report, it gives the provider, but not the patients registered or treating location.
For a large NDSO like ours, it would be ideal to have that information on that report as well, for accounting to tie items back to our bank statements in case of audits.

CareCredit integration
Currently, Henry Schein does a better integration with CareCredit with other products (Ascend, Dentrix).
The only thing it does in Vision software is open the CareCredit window.
With Dentrix, I understand that offices can actually look at the schedule and see who has CareCredit that is coming in that day and how much benefits they have available as well.
This is what we are looking for with a partner integration like this. If it can be done with one HS One product, it should be able to be done with all productions.

Imaging bridge - more slots
Currently the software allows for a link to 3 imaging software platforms.
The bridge only allows you to bridge to 2 imaging software platforms.
This may have worked great when HS One was working with single location offices but as the culture starts to move towards DSO and NDSO type communities, 2 or 3 imaging software platforms are not enough.
We often have two that we use with Endo Vision conversions (Dexis and Carestream). But on top of that, we could have two more that linked to their old sofware we moved them off of.

Truform merge issue
Case 3910593 - When a patient indicates on their Truform that they use drugs, it merges into the software as a "DRUG ADDICT".
This is inaccurate and could lead to documentation issues down the road if an office does not catch this and correct it.
There is nothing we can do on our end to change how it merges, so this needs to be corrected on HS One's side.

Testing lists
When the field updates it's "standards", you have the option of inactivating items in the list but they are still there when you go to the drop down, making these lists cumbersome. We also have different doctors who want different options - would be nice to customize per provider.

Update Testing
There should be an option to hide testings that are no longer done or not done at that location. Ideally doctor specific would be great.
Example: Transillumination is really not done at most Endo offices.

X gender
When adding a patient to pre-registration, it only allows for the option of Male or Female.
In Oregon, patients are able to choose the X gender and insurance accepts that.
Need to have that option in the software in pre-registration, not just in the PIC.

eClaims transmission reports
With DSOs - when we send claims, we will periodically get back detailed payer reports that do NOT limit it by location but include stuff for all locations.
The problem with this of course, is that the offices are restricted as to the locations they can access. Therefore patients are showing up on this report that they do not have access to.

Visual upcoming appointment aid
If you have a patient coming in with multiple appointments, you have to open other windows to find this: Appointment tab / future, Appointment book / Search. There are multiple clicks to see the information or to know there might be additional appointments.
Would like a feature similar to the numerical value on the insurance tab.

Narrative categories
With multiple locations - we have multiple categories in the EHR Narratives. Essentially we have a category for each office.
Currently we have 8 categories with 23 more offices to add in this year.
Would like the ability to collapse the categories so an office only sees their narrative options.

Report - Tabulated
When pulling for a prior month - should have an option to suppress adjustment codes that are no longer utilized (inactive)The report is stupidly long when it includes 20+ codes that are inactivated
