canadian version - default payee to pay the subscriber
canadian version only - insurance profile or insurance tab - should have an option to default the "payee" to pay the subscriber, since most canadian clients have the customer pay in full at time of service

Can I print a report to find all my Patients that are owed refunds?
Previous front office didn't issue refunds to patients Im trying to clean this up but can't find a report that will make this easier than scrolling.

xray attachment
Would like the ability to include attachments on any email being sent out of Endo Vision. Currently have to send all our attachments (xrays) out as a separate email. Do not want to include them in the narratives because offices cannot download those into their xray software.

Please give the option to turn off "Reschedule by patient?" box when moving blocks.
We have multiple locations, but each office sees the same appointment screen. We move in (or out) blocks over to alert the other offices that an appointment is being made. However, now when we move the block we get the "Reschedule by patient?" box that needs to be clicked before we can move the block. This didn't happen before the update. Can you please give us the option to turn that off? It makes a busy scheduling time more difficult than it should (or used to) be. Thanks.

address change
In in the current version of the software, if you change the address on the general tab, it will add a second address into the communications tab.
Would like the general tab to be READ only or prompt you to go to the communications tab to make the change instead. This will eliminate the duplicate addresses and questioning which one is the correct one.

Set up RealTime Eclaim filing with Delta Dental of WI
This would be a deciding factor for us to switch over from APEX EDI Dental Eclaim filing to EndoVision. We only went with APEX EDI based on Endovisions recommendation since we file to BOTH Medical and Dental and you only allow for Dental. If we could do RealTime claims however through EndoVIsion for our main insurance company, Delta Dental of WI, we may end up using EndoVision for Dental EClaim filing. It would be nice though if you offered for both Medical AND Dental Eclaim filing.

When a referral source sells his office it would be nice if you could transfer all the patients (past and present) to new referring dr.
I've been told that due accounting reasons this is not possible now. Used to be able to do, now no. For practicing drs keeping track of referring source this makes sense

Can we install a pop-up box to warn a second user that an initial user is entering info at that moment?
Under tx summary, the first user will override a second user. A pop-up box would be helpful to warn 2nd user that someone else is in that box.

Find Block & edit them easier
Office has a lot of reoccurring blocks on the schedule.
They are filtered by category (location) to make it easier.
When a change has to be made to a block, it is difficult to find the block in order to edit it (extend, change, add to it).
Current issue:
Go the appointment book
Find the name of the reoccurring block
Go to tools / blocks
Find the block
Make changes (replace/add/delete)Solution requested:
Ability to right click on a block
Indicate if it is reoccurring or individual
If reoccurring, open to that block in the block table

Add features to Edit Appt Screen
Office wants to be able to make an appointment quicker.
Like the preference unchecked that allows the to enter a new patient right into the edit appointment window without having to go to PreRegistration.
BUT...it is missing a couple of things that are needed for specialty:
- email address
- referring doctor

Adding an option to print out appointment cards from the schedule.
Other software allows you to print the patients appointment card right from the schedule with an external printer. Could this be included in the next update. I cannot believe this is not a feature.

Please go back to being able to sort the columns for phone and alt phone numerically!

Delete in a mass amount of sent or received messages
The sent items and deleted items folders are nice, but it would be helpful to delete multiple messages at once. Our messages since the 16.0 upgrade are going all the way back to 2006 leaving thousands and thousands of messages in these "mailboxes".

After the schedule is confirmed it would be nice to have a preference to email schedule to dr of next days schedule

printing schedules
Would like to be able to shrink schedules to fit on one page. Currently printing them and shrinking them down. Previous software used to be able to do this. (similar ability to shrink that draw/paint programs have)

Add history to Age Time Limits Feature
The Age Time Limits feature is great but only really able to be utilized the way it is designed by Perio, General and Pedo.
In order for this panel to be effective for Endo and Oral Surgery, it needs to have a column that the history could be entered.
Example: code D0140, frequency of 2 / year, age 0 through 125
.
There is no history from the software since they are seen situationally.There also could be no history due to a conversion.
If there was an additional column for the last date of service for that code, then…
