Save notes in Insurance Tab, Comments box without having to hit tab key
In the Patient Comments box on the bottom right in the Insurance tab, if you type a note, the only way it will save now is to use Tab key on your keyboard to get out of the box before you do anything else - if you type something, click out to another tab or screen, then go back, your note will be gone! This is a huge problem when multitasking - if you add a note but don't use the Tab key to leave the box, you just click out to something else, all your notes get deleted. It…

Terrible patient information center redesign!
The new layout is difficult to read and navigate. The fields are unclear. Please add color back to the individual section on the general tab. The lines and different sections need greater contrast. It is difficult to navigate, difficult to see missing information and ******* the eyes with so much white space. It looks like a poorly designed form that was created in wordperfect. This is the absolute WORST "IMPROVEMENT" I have seen in my 15 years of using this software.

contact notes redesign
Contact notes is not intuitive at all with the new "look" of the patient information center. Once you click the plus sign to add a new line, it is very hard to tell that there are fields that you can type into. The lack of indicators often make offices click on the plus sign again and again because they don't "see" where to type.

fax number on cotherapist document
Currently using the cotherapist to document when a patient is referred to cardiology, PCP, etc.
When printing out the cotherapist document, it does not have the fax number of our office in the details on the top. Currently hand writing it on.
Most offices want to fax the clearance back to the office. Thus having the fax number at the top of the document would be highly beneficial.

Allow cellphone number to be the default number while registering patient.

Progress Note
Progress notes, allowing users with proper security clearance to add an addendum to a locked progress note accidentally entered on the wrong patient account. We are human and make mistakes and I understand not deleting the note but we should at least be able to add an addendum to it.

Would like there to be a separate option in the Claims advanced for considering secondary plans
Would like another option in addition to the "allow medical and dental secondaries to be considered the 'other' plan". Wants to be able to have this option available only if both plans (primary and secondary) are Medical, and if both plans are Dental. Basically don't want to have the option turned on for plans where one is medical one is dental, but to work specifically when both plans are dental or medical.

In the referrer box under specialty, have donated dental or other as an option

appointment comments
Currently in the patient information center, there is an appointment tab, which will show you upcoming appointments, with the appointment comments.
When doing chart preps, office pulls up the the appointment tab and would like to click on "comments" and add in that a document has been received (things like xrays, H&P, INR, path, lab case, etc.).Currently this field is read only.

billing screen adjustments
When using an adjustment from the billing screen, they do not tie to a code, which affects the ledger summary options, which in turn affects the ability to audit account ledgers down the road. Would like this option updated to reflect adjustments tied to codes.

receipt options
Office currently posts the charges, then does a separate transaction with the payment, so that the payment shows on it's own line on the ledger. Therefore, to get a receipt that shows both the charges and the payment, you have to go back to the ledger and choose to reprint receipt.
Would be nice when posting the payment if you had the option of printing either a transaction receipt (payment only) or a DOS receipt (all items for that date of service). This would solve the issue of having to go back and reprint the receipt (too many extra clicks).

treatment plan note
Currently in the patient information center, there is an option for special notes, which can be added to things like receipts, claims, statements, appointments.
Would like an option to have something add to the notes in a treatment plan as well.

have Rx's show newest first rather than oldest frst
Show newest prescription at top instead of oldest or at least have a preference to choose which shows at top

Can Guarantor changes please be tracked in the Security File?
We've had HIPAA violations in the past, and are not able to review an audit of who made changes to a patient's guarantor. This would be tremendously helpful.

Seaching patient names using limited letters
When searching for a patient, and you only want to put in Mar for the first name, and have all names that begin Mar tabulate. This way if your not completely sure how to spell the name, you can find it.

MOOP - Maximum Out of Pocket
Please allow a field where we can enter a patient's "maximum out of pocket" amount. Delta Dental of Hawaii (HDS) and other insurance carriers will cover procedures at 100% once a patient's maximum has been paid. Once a patient's estimated share has reached that amount, OMSVision should calculate the patient's share as zero. These plans have unlimited benefits. Thank you.

Insurance payment options
When posting an insurance payment, if there is a patient balance due, you have to either exit out of the bulk check posting or remember to go back to the patient when you've finished posting.
Would like the ability to add a special note and print a statement at the time of posting the insurance payment
