Linked TX Plan
When updating and recaculating a TX Plan the system does not automatically update the treatment that is linked to an appointment.

Adding a tab for our patients pharmacy.
Adding a pharmacy tab would be a great idea. This would have the pharmacy Name, Address and phone number so when a pt needs a refill on a premed or etc.. this will eliminate the clinic from having to look up the #, refer to a booklet or even having to ask the patient and then having them say, I don't know it. Face it most of us don't know our pharmacy #. This will help eliminate time spend on locating pharmacy numbers.

security setting for the failed appt charge
When you cancel an appointment it gives you an option to charge the patient for the cancellation right in that window. You can enter any dollar amount that you want. We would prefer to have the office actually charge out the cancel fee. We would like to be able to control this option with a security setting or a preference setting so they will not be able to enter a fee here.

Pt Portion added to Receipt
Add a section at the bottom of patient Receipts to indicate Patient Portion instead of just Charges.

Progress notes color coded by user.
Color code progress note entries by user. Example: Dr. blue, Hygiene pink, that sort of thing. This will make for easier sifting in the notes for different types of tx.
Make it easier to see at a glance the provider attached to any given note.

CK - email & phone copy to family members option
Right now if you change the address, the system will ask if you want to copy to the other family members.
Would like a similar option for the email address and the phone numbers. Perhaps to work like the copy button does on the insurance profile instead though? Where you can designate where it goes (home/work/cell/etc.).

Missing Info
There should be an indicator if a patient has missing, incorrect, inaccurate or misspelled information. That way, claims and other related issues will be solved ahead of time and not wait till the claim is resubmitted.

structured visit notes - spell check
Would like to have the ability to spell check when adding a new structured notes. We use the free hand text fields a fair amount.

preferences default tab in PIC
Currently in preferences you can choose different tabs in the notes to default to. The default in the program is set to Markers but other tabs are options.
Need to add Claim Status to this field as an option.
Would like this preference to be workstation specific and not global.

need a drawing for a distal shoe - a distal shoe looks very similar to a space maintainer but rather than a "U" shaped wire, it is an "L" shaped wire

PC - Tooth size discrepancy on clinical chart
tooth numbers L & S appear bigger than tooth numbers K & T - should not be this way (compare to upper teeth for reference)

Edit Appointment Box
Scheduled Appt box is layer over the Lincked TX Plan box making the linked TX difficult to view unless the user maximizes the Edit appt box.

having the option to stop a marker from popping up more than once in the family account
When you have a marker on the whole family, it would be nice to have an option to ask that it not pop up again today. When you are scheduling for a family it keeps popping up and you have to keep closing it out. this was a request from one of our offices. Thanks.

Associate configurations with F keys
PDG- Associate configurations with Fkeys. Example instead of having to click on the configurations box and scroll to the correct configuration, make the first 12 configurations assocated with the Fkeys. Push F1 and it goes to conf1, Push F2 and it goes to conf2 ect...

Pick multiple teeth to chart existing/new treatment
Would like the ability to highlight multiple teeth when charting existing restorations or current needs---ie tooth 3, 4 ,5 have/need occlusal amalgams. As of now, we have to click EACH tooth individually!
