Example, mom calls, all 3 kids have appointments on Friday and she needs to reschedule them all.
Dentrix uses a pasteboard for this, allowing users to move the appointments to the board, then drag them back on the appointment book.

You can currently select the claim status notes, It’s not workstation specific, and if you’d like that changed, please submit a new request.

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedThere is an preference setting in the latest version of the software, that allows you to hide the transfers done on the ledger.
Additionally, a preference was added to not be able to delete insurance transfers, and, to be able to edit the insurance amount on the ledger by line item so that a transfer is not required.

We’ve made a lot of changes since this idea was suggested, please let us know if you still experience these issues.

Open the patient information center first, then the x-rays, then clinical vision. That way you can flip back to the PIC or to the images, while CV is still open. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedSo depending on what clearing house you are using, the claims are scrubbed prior to being sent and a report is given to the office. This is true for HSPS eServices as well (the validation report shows what is missing in order to fix prior to sending the initial claim).
You can also set field properties to highlight fields in yellow for the staff to pay attention to.

You could use Notepad for this. You can generate a list of referrals and export them with key factors, like "zip code"
