You can also search for the appointment by going to Tools / Search / Appointment Search.
This search uses first name / last name (or parts of them!) and looks for New AND Existing patients.
It also gives you the time, multiple appointments if applicable and by double clicking you can jump right to the appointment. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedThe system automatically creates the claim (paper or electronic) when posting the charges.
Are you looking for it to submit electronically immediately or to print immediately as well?
P.S. There is a great insurance report to check for claims not submitted, that I recommend checking daily/weekly. (Report / Insurance / Reports/ # 6 and if you are the latest version of the software 15.2 you can check the box to ignore codes checked not to go to insurance)

Thanks for the feedback.

I would recommend contacting our support team for assistance.
An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedIf you haven't had a fix for this, I would recommend you check your master fee schedule. On the general tab, there is a selection of teeth. Make sure they are all blue. This indicates the tooth is allowed to be charged out with that code. Otherwise, yes Support should be called!

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedWhen importing prescriptions into narratives, you have the option to import current day, week, month or all. This is applicable to both the table and regular format. If for some reason that is not working, I would recommend you call support. (1-800-323-3370)

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedWith medications, you would have to "open" that medication and enter in a stopped date.
You can't delete it because that changes history, there would be no record that they were on it when they came in.
Note, in version 15.1.0 medications can also be found on the Notes / Medical RX tab in their own section. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedYou can actually do this using Notepad. It allows you to generate a list and then "merge" that list to a letter in the word processor. You would have to create the letter first (Word Processor), then you can go to Notepad, generate the query and merge it into the letter you created.
If you haven't already, I would look at using the SVN and creating a Combination Note. The fields the clinicians have to fill in are highlighted in yellow, making it easier to find and less likely to miss.
SVN are also much more customizable than the old Manual notes used in Clinical Vision.
