    Seconded. An office would like the ability to add the Special Notes they have created ahead of time, while posting checks. Currently to add a special note, you have to do so out of the posting of payments.

    Training recommendation - You can actually create a list of default special notes that can be added to individual patients, that would then print on the statement. Patient info center / notes tab / special notes. I would recommend creating a default list in here to pull from. An example would be "maxed" with a description of "Your insurance has maxed out for the year. Please remit payment in full within 14 days.".

    Need the ability for an employee to add a note when they punch in or out, if something needs to fixed or edited. Currently having to communicate this verbally or with sticky notes.
