Fix the Zero Location Error in the Appointment Book
Please fix the error that occurs intermittently when making appointments where the location is set to "0." This error happens despite all users having unique Program IDs. It also happens despite appointment book configurations having a default location. When an appointment location is zero, the Virtual Scan Form will NOT route to users. This is frustrating when doctors are routing prescriptions or treatment to be posted. When an appointment location is zero, reports are inaccurate because those appointments are not included in the reports. We are respectfully asking that OMSVision support research and determine the cause of this known error. If a fix cannot be made, please advise as to a script or notepad query that would allow us to find these zero location appointments so that we can manually correct them. (The only way we know to correct this problem is to move the appointment to a different column which then assigns an actual location). Thank you for considering this request.
