HAVE CELL NUMBER IN PRE-REG
When creating a new patient account in pre-reg, there is an area to list Home, Work, or Fax number on the main screen. If you want to enter a cell phone number you have to click on the phone and do all that extra stuff to enter it. It would be better if the "Cell" option replaced the "Fax" option on the main screen. Patients almost always give us a cell phone number, but I have never known a patient to give us a fax number.
Also in the Patient Info Center, it would be nice to have a way to mark which phone number is the patient's main phone number. Right now, we don't know which number is the best one to reach them at.

I AGREE. I WOULD MUCH RATHER HAVE HOME PHONE AND CELL PHONE. CALLING A PATIENT AT WORK WOULD BE A LAST RESORT. NOT FIRST.
