Bundle CPT Anesthesia codes on medical claim forms
Please add an option to Medical Insurance Profiles to allow bundling of CPT anesthesia codes.
This was added in the 16.1 version.

I have version 16.1.0, and it prints medical forms exactly as the previous comment reflects. The anesthesia prints on 2 lines or more, the CPT codes do not combine into units.

Maybe I'm missing something, but the "Bundle Exact Codes (Anesthesia Codes)" feature in the profile doesn't work for medical claims for us. General anesthesia with medical is billed on one line, and in dental is billed with a D9222 for the first 15 min, and D9223 for all subsequent 15 min increments. Because dental uses 2 different codes, only the exact same codes (the D9223's) get bundled into one line. In Oregon, may ins co's required wis claims to go through medical first, so I can set it to print the right # of units, but I have to print the claim without the D9223's on it, white out the line first anesthesia line price and the claim total and hand-correct them to include ALL the anesthesia.

Requested by CID 88322 as well, they have a copy of a denial that can show need for this to be created.
