  1. Please bring back the thumbnail images in the documents area of the EMR!

    Please bring back the thumb nail images in the documents area of the upgrade! It is now very time consuming to label these documents. Instead of seeing the thumbnails and labeling them under the thumbnail, you now have to wait a few seconds for each image to load, then right click it, then rename the document. Please revert back to the thumbnails to allow for more effecient renaming of documents.

  2. password change

    We would like to ability to have everyone update and change their password every 6 months without haveing the manager go in and manually change each one. Once an employee logs in at 6 month mark they would be required to change their password to one different than the last ten used. This would be for both omsvision login and timeclock. This is an imporatant security benefit that needs to be available

  4. Cinical Tab Printability

    When using UCR and PPO fees in a practice, it would be nice to print out the Clinical Tab as it appears for the patient to show the savings they are receiving and their potential fee if insurance not current or if a service is denied and UCR is chargeable.

    This is a training issue. You can include UCR in Preferences, Print Defaults, Printing Treatment Plans, Include Notes/Pre Estimate Info. You can do this on the fly by patient also.

  5. Track New Patients by Referrer

    Would like to have a way to track how many patient's Dr. A sent in the month of "October" "January" etc., and what type of referrals, "Implant" Wisdom Teeth" etc..

  6. Add DOB to show on appt schedule. It helps to know ages around before booking appt.

    It would be nice to know so sometimes you can split up the 90 year olds. When we do sedations I like to know when we have young kids.

  7. Show all the times and dates that claims are sent

    Often we have been asked by patients or insurance companies how many times a claim has been submitted and on what dates. The software will only show you the most recent date of filing. Several times I've had to "prove" to an insurance company that the claim was submitted within the first 30-90 days, but if it only shows the most recent date and that's 90 days after the treatment then I have no way to prove it (unless we are making case notes of every time a claim is sent).   8. Printing Margins

    when printing, allow the margin parameters to be saved so they do not have to be set each time. This is for those of us that use script printers for our Rxs. It is quite a pain to have to reset them each time to ensure the best print.

  9. Call List Patient Notes

    When a patient is added to the call list you can currently add notes to that particular patients entry. It is asked that you allow those notes to follow the patient and appear in the appointment notes when the patient schedules.

  12. Drop down items

    Is it possible to alphabetize the drop down box in "To Orders"? It is very frustrating trying to locate the items.

    Is it possible for the reference number to also show up in the Implant Details "field" in the ITEM drop down box? I have to manually type this number in every time I use this field.
    At times there are items that will not show up in the Implant Details "field" although the times are located in all other categories.

  13. Change grid section order

    Requesting an option to change the order of the anesthesia in the grid add section of EMR. Need to order the anesthesia based on the order given to patient: i.e.: group all local anes together, sedation anes in order the meds are pushed. To make it easier to find meds and fill in during surgery.

    There is a preference in the Document Center to enable this feature. The program will close documents where the controlling program allows the feature to be handled programmatically. Not all programs support this capability. If the desired programs do not close, try installing a different viewer.

  15. Insurance payer

    When adding an insurance after the charges are filed to another insurance; to be able to accurately choose the appropriated payer. To date, the system always defaults to the original primary insurance filed regardless of which insurance is chosen as payer.
