Call List Patient Notes
When a patient is added to the call list you can currently add notes to that particular patients entry. It is asked that you allow those notes to follow the patient and appear in the appointment notes when the patient schedules.

High Priority – the notes on the appointment now copy to the call list and then copy to the re-scheduled appointment.

This would really help our office to be able to not let any beneficial appointment information be lost. Which in turn would help us to prepare for the patient's appointment and provide great patient care.
