DC- Pre-Registration adding a mobile option when adding phone numbers.
It would be nice to have the option of "mobile" when adding phone numbers in for pre-registered patients, so then their compatible with the confirmbye-mail function. Then we don't have to go back in and update the chart with the correct phone option.

We would like to be able to highlight the background of patients 1st & last name with different colors.
We would like to highlight the background of patient names, under the general tab, in different colors to alert the front desk staff of different issues, ie: Yellow would mean morning appointments only; Green for chronic payment history, purple for special needs, pt. has to be seen downstairs..........and so on.

DC - Ability to drag Clinical Vision onto a second screen than DVE.
We want to be able to have Clinical Vision and DVE on seperate computer screens so we can show our patients their perio readings, without them seeing our other patients information or notes.

transfer to insurance
When a claim is closed and then has to be resubmitted, would like the treatment to turn green again to help the staff determine what is open to insurance still.

On the Appointments screen, let the patients "last" recall date be editable.
currently, the date is changed by a code that triggers a recall. We may want a new recall date for a reason different than a recall code.

DC - In Pre-Registration, get rid of "NONE" for referral source
After making an appointment for a new patient, when we go into their information in pre-registration, "NONE" is already listed as a referral source. We would like to remove that so people remember to ask the patient how they heard about the office; so they don't assume NONE is correct.
17 votesIn Preferences/Operation/Registration section, if you select ‘Require Referrer to be filled in’, the referrer field is blank and will force the user to select a source. They can still select NONE, but it is not added automatically.

DC-Appointment book – have the day of the week show at the top, ie (Tuesday July 2, 2012)
Right now it just shows the physical date, but the day of the week should also be written out. Many patients want a certain day of the week, the number days become irrelevant.

HD - ask to apply to all family members when adding a patient to collections
Have a pop up ask if you want to add all family members to collections when adding a single patient to collections - office does not see patients in same family if ONE of the family members is in collections

HD - treatment plan goes back to clinical tab if deleted from ledger
Would like to have a pop up option ask if we want to add the treatment planned items back to the clinical tab if we delete it from the ledger

PDG - PIC: See all appointments that a family has scheduled in one place
We schedule a lot of family members for appointments at the same time. It makes it difficult to confirm appointments and not miss other family member's appointments. Which results in multiple phone calls to the same phone number.
15 votesUse the Confirm Multiple Appointments feature. It has a family button that allows you to see all the family members that are linked through the guarantor (regardless of different last names or phone numbers)

Scanning must be able to be scanned directly to PDF format.

Progress notes search feature
It would be nice to be able to search the progress notes by tooth number if you are looking for details that concern one tooth or area. At this time you have to read over each progress notes to find what you are looking for. I know you can look at the ledger and see the DOS, then go to the progress notes and look up that date, but that can be time consuming. If we had a field to enter a tooth number if applicable that would help.

REPORT: Aging report by treating provider
Monterey: When running an aging report we would like to add an additional option. We would like to run the report by treating provider. Currently the report only runs for registered provider. Our A/R numbers are skewed for certain doctors because we have some locations with multiple doctors and the patient may be registered to one doctor and then see another doctor and the money owed shows up on the wrong doctor’s aging report
