PDG - PIC: See all appointments that a family has scheduled in one place
We schedule a lot of family members for appointments at the same time. It makes it difficult to confirm appointments and not miss other family member's appointments. Which results in multiple phone calls to the same phone number.

Use the Confirm Multiple Appointments feature. It has a family button that allows you to see all the family members that are linked through the guarantor (regardless of different last names or phone numbers)
