DC - In Pre-Registration, get rid of "NONE" for referral source
After making an appointment for a new patient, when we go into their information in pre-registration, "NONE" is already listed as a referral source. We would like to remove that so people remember to ask the patient how they heard about the office; so they don't assume NONE is correct.

In Preferences/Operation/Registration section, if you select ‘Require Referrer to be filled in’, the referrer field is blank and will force the user to select a source. They can still select NONE, but it is not added automatically.
