CV notes review
Within the provider table is a review section for CV notes. This only includes Structured Visit Notes. It should also include Manual Notes.

Bleeding and Supperation AFTER pocket number is input
It would be much easier to chart bleeding if I could type a B (or hit the bleeding button) immediately after the pocket depth. Because the auto advance also advances the bleeding, I have to back arrow to indicate bleeding and then forward arrow back to the tooth that is next.

HAVE THE ABILITY TO PRINT CHART NOTES OF A SPECIFIC DAY ONLY
IS THERE ANY WAY TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO PRINT A CHART NOTE OF A SPECIFIC DAY AND NOT HAVE MULTIPLE VISITS ON 1 SHEET.

Change Font and colors within the note templates to be more user friendly for clinicians to find the sections they would like to edit?
Every other section a different color to find more easily when editing
Bigger FONT -- possible BOLD feature or underline too?

Access other windows with Clinical Vision opened.
Create the ability to go back and forth from Patient Info screen to Clinical Vision without having to close Clinical Vision. Right now, if you have Clinical Vision open and you try to click back on the DVE main window, Clinical Vision closes without saving your work. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it didn't take approx 45 seconds to open Clinical Vision every time we open it. Such an annoyance.

Elected Pharmacy needs to be visible on Homepage
A lot of times patients asks us what pharmacy we called in their meds and we need to go into Allscripts to look it up. It would be nice if the pharmacy is listed on the Homepage

Show treatment needed in Clinical Vision when treatment planning.
While in CV: the treatment plan section, when the clinician is choosing/entering the procedure needed - it will be helpful to acutally SEE the procedures placed for teeth restorative care in the bottom left area - just list it! As it stands right now, there is no way to see what you (the Clinician) has just chosen/treatment planned. Therefore, sometimes a procedure was already indicated for a particular tooth but the clinician couldn't tell, so he/she chooses it and NOW it ends up being a duplicate procedure. there is an option in CV (tools / settings/ miscellaneous tab) for ‘Chart history below chart’. your resolution has to be higher (larger monitors) to accommodate the move. this will show the history as you chart it instead of on a different screen. Let us know if that works for you.

DC - Eliminate "SVN" from being in the title
Currently, you have to manually delete "SVN" from the title in each SVN. It would be great to have the option of removing this from the template altogether.

SVN - structured visit notes - format easier to view
Currently when you add a new structured visit note, if it is multiple choice or single choice, you have a pencil or arrow on the far right hand side. Staff are constantly trying to look back and forth between the topic and the drop down selection to make sure they are clicking on the correct line.
Having these pencils/arrows appear on the left beside the name would make it much easier to complete these items quicker.

PC - pulpotomy drawing
create a seperate drawing in clinical vision for a pulpotomy - this should look like a core into the tooth or down a 1/3 of the root if possible - note we are a GPE client but this would be useful in DVEE as well

PC - distal shoe drawing
need a drawing for a distal shoe - a distal shoe looks very similar to a space maintainer but rather than a "U" shaped wire, it is an "L" shaped wire

PC - Tooth size discrepancy on clinical chart
tooth numbers L & S appear bigger than tooth numbers K & T - should not be this way (compare to upper teeth for reference)
