Hey All,
We’re doing some research on this idea to see where it could fit into our roadmap. We have the following questions for you all, and would appreciate as much feedback as you can provide.
1. For the insurance verification icon, what method do you use to verify your insurance, and would it be acceptable for this to be a manually set checkbox on the appointment?
2. What do you think these icons should look like, and where would you like them to show on the appointment? Near the other icons? In a completely new space?

This needs to be a customized list. Even upload your own icons to show, would be fantastic to have basic "glance flags", the callback list, cancellation list, multiple little flags that show all sorts of things, just by looking down the schedule. I think I'll make a new request for custom schedule flags.

Yes. Please just add the outgoing server information with SSL and Voila, with one button, OMS Vision can email a pdf of anything: referral cards, letters, xrays, templates, without relying on external software that not every office has and as original poster showed, it add a cumbersome management layer, Compared to the nice single database of contacts.
Referring offices want info back electronically, this would be a great way to do it.
