    HD - would also like this to be a preference setting or option, to help define the appointment blocks, especially since their service types are sorted by insurance type rather than by the type of service

    Trainer - created a single post card with merge fields in the word processor as a quick fix for this for now.

    Downside to that - it tracks this as going through letters, not in the recall card log in appointments.
