Appt start and end time
If there are back-to-back appointments of the same type, it is difficult to see where one ends and one begins. If the patient's name were in BOLD type, it would be easier to tell. EASY change.

HD - would also like this to be a preference setting or option, to help define the appointment blocks, especially since their service types are sorted by insurance type rather than by the type of service
