Aging Report - Patient Balance Only and Insurance Balance Only options
Currently, the aging report has only a (1) TOTAL perspective by aging bucket. Meaning (1) TOTAL balance owed = (2) insurance claims balance only + (3) patient balance only
I would like to see perspectives (2) and (3) as reporting options.
I am in PerioVision 2013 version and no matter which of the three radial button options you select:
- Include both
- Include only patient
- Include only insurance
the output only displays data for option #1 regardless.
I have a solution for this in Microsoft Excel if anyone wants it.

You know this still does not work, right? People at PerioVision are never going to address this issue adequately? I am curious, how many customers do you have that use the PerioVision platform?
