In the appointment book display referring Dr Name as well as how he/she would like treatment completed with (post build up, post space).
There is currently an option to display the GP's name but if they could add to the same line the "complete tx with" from the Referrers Profile it would fit. It currently pulls procedure, provider and alerts in one line and both home and work #'s in one line. It would be very helpful to see at a glance the referring Doctor and what they would like us to do.

For images imported into the EHR, make the date "created" modifiable.
For images imported into the EHR, please make the date "created" modifiable.
Currently, images imported into the EHR default to a "created" date based on the date the image is imported into the EHR. However, if a radiograph is exposed on date that is different than when the image is imported, then the date is incorrect. Therefore, we should be able to modify/edit that date to correctly represent when the radiograph was actually obtained.

Altering payment types
Multiple payment types should also be available when all posting payments, not just when choosing the quick pay or family pay option.
Cell # should come out on the tickler instead of the work #.
Sync rows option for the tooth # in TX portion of the EMR should still be optional. It takes more time now enter treatment line by line per tooth.
Credit card payments should be itemized. It's very hard to figure out where the mistakes are when balancing to credit card statements.

2. Software Committee – done – 2010 Annual Update, will include new communications tab that controls which phone # appear.
3. Software Committee – under review
4. EV Software Committee – low priority – currently this information can be obtained from the “collections report” – daily reports > deposit slip > add a checkbox next to separate cc (when separate cc is checked) to “show detail” the detail then should list each cc payment individually like the checks.

Customizing Statement
Having the option to customize how information is displayed within the 'Messages' section on a statement would be helpful to the practice and to the patient.
For instance, being able to call out a sentence on statements by either having the font a different color or highlighting the sentence with a color is something we crave!
Can we pretty please add the option to customize statements?

call list
When placing a patient on call list an ICON should show up on the schedule next to the appointment such as any other alert. So we don't have to go to the list, search for the patient folder.

EHR Narrative - Allow Case Fields from "Plan" Area to be used separately
Add the following case fields from the plan area of the EHR so they can each be separately pulled into a custom narrative. Currently, these case fields are not available to be inserted separately; instead they are restricted as part of a group or table.
- Tooth #
- Diagnosis
- Treatment Plan
- Treatment Type
- Prognosis
- Start Date
- Completion Date
- Recall Date

remove the last statement on the Recall cards since we are not calling them back for another recall appointment. The statement is wrong.
For most practices, you are sending them a recall based on their last endodontic appointment. The cards state that "Your last recall appointment was (and the date) when in actuality it is the date of their last endodontic appointment in most cases. Either remove the word recall from the statement or delete the entire statement.

Open time search
The open time search should permit searching for an opening across all chairs. For example, with one doctor, if chair 1 is booked from 8-9, and chair 2 is booked from 9-10, this is not open time. However the search will return chair 2 open from 8-9 and chair 1 open from 9-10.

Reverse Mandibular Teeth Order
In the endovision chart on the clinical exam tab, the automatic ordering for the mandibular teeth is backwards. Dentists and digital charting companies are normally the reverse sequence, consistent with the sequence as viewed on a radiograph. For example, the lower right quadrant order should be 32,31,39,29,28; the anteriors should be 27,26,25,24,23,22; the lower left quadrant should be 21,20,19,18,17.

Remove the number from the "Images-Caption" EHR Case Field
Please remove the number and dash symbol (e.g. "1 - ") from in front of the "Images-Caption" EHR Case Field in the EHR Narratives.
Currently, the Image-Caption case field produces an unnecessary number and dash symbol (e.g. "1 - " in front of the caption that is not needed and creates extra work to remove. So I have to manually remove the number and dash on every image caption.

referrer request popups: We would like the option to have new popup in Rapid Post Forms
Referrer request popups: Under the Advanced Profile tab- We would like the option to have the popup in the "Rapid Post forms"--so that a referrer preference would popup prior to entering tx into the Rapid Post Forms---prior to being sent.
Currently the options only include popups in the following areas:

*Create, Edit, Confirm appointment for Pre-reg patient*We would like one to be added to Rapid Post Forms--so that it pops up prior to Dr.'s entering treatment in the Rapid Post Forms. Prior to…

Start AND End date show on claim form
Have the start AND complete date show on the claim form. When you complete the procedure on a different date, it automatically replaces the start date and submits that to the insurance.

EHR SOAP categorization/content is incorrect (subjective, objective, assessment, plan)
The categorization in the EHR does not match with the actual definitions of the SOAP categories (subjective, objective, assessment, plan).
Subjective section should include anything the patient tells you. This would not only include the CC, HPI, and dental/medical history (as the software shows currently), but should also include the PMHx, PSHx, PFHx, pain & swelling, medications, Rxs, ROS, and implants. The later of these items are all currently misplaced in the objective section but should be in the subjective section.
The objective section should include anything the doctor observes such as clinical and radiographic examinations, tests, and observations. This…
