Dentists and digital charting companies are normally the reverse sequence, consistent with the sequence as viewed on a radiograph. For example, the lower right quadrant order should be 32,31,39,29,28; the anteriors should be 27,26,25,24,23,22; the lower left quadrant should be 21,20,19,18,17.
