Remove arrows
In the EHR, once you choose a tx summary, there are directional arrows to the right hand side, allowing you to move items up or down the list.
Would like these removed, as people get confused thinking they are to move the cursor, not the line item.

It's almost daily that someone hits these arrows. Even if they were smaller and less appealing for someone to click on, it would be better.
