Appointment Colors
Bring back the feature where appointment color indicators turn "Blue" when charges are posted regardless if the charge is posted that same day, the next day, or next week. Some offices do still manually post charges and post the next business day or after an operative report is received (and properly coded out) If not posted on the same day, we have to go back into the "Confirmation Status" and mark the appointment "Posted" It is a waste of time

I’d highly recommend you speak with our support team about this, there are many other ways you can post procedures that are more efficient.

We have been working with your support team for several years now and this continues to be an issue. Recently they told us to put in an enhancement request, which you can see I did 4 1/2 years ago. This is the way we have to post due to other processes -- we are not a stand alone practice and do not use your EHR or other functions. My issue is that this used to work and OMS changed it for whatever reason. Typical that things that work are changed and become problems for other practices.
