Treatment Plan Print Options
Many patients requested us to include CPT and Diagnosis codes on their treatment plans for insurance purposes so we called support and had them help us with our print options to correct this. Once that change was implemented our treatment plans now will not seperate the treatment phases anymore. When I called support they said you can't have both options. We want the best of both worlds and want treatment plans to include the coding as well as seperating the phases of the treatment for us/patients to clearly see. The treatment plans show correctly on the computer screen, but why will it not print that way?!? It also shows the sub-totals for the phases on the screen but not the printed copy. Help us fix this please!!

I would highly recommend setting up the treatment plans with letters instead. In the most recent versions we gave you the ability to create your own tables, labeling them and including what you wanted for columns. This makes the treatment plan highly customizable. As suggested, this would be a training item.
