Currently in the patient information center, there is an appointment tab, which will show you upcoming appointments, with the appointment comments.
When doing chart preps, office pulls up the the appointment tab and would like to click on "comments" and add in that a document has been received (things like xrays, H&P, INR, path, lab case, etc.).

Currently this field is read only.
