Reports in OMS Vision are very lackluster
- OMS Vision allows you to track new patients in almost every report, what about tracking existing patients that return to clinic and the duration of time since their last visit?
EX: Bob Smith (existing patient) returned for new treatment during March, and it's been 6 months since his last visit/treatment.
This way, you can track daily/weekly/monthly/etc. the amount of existing patients who are returning and their average length of time between visits
- Tracking for marketing outreach
Having the ability to enter in promotions/marketing ad's run publicly/ referral promotions/etc. and tying patients to that specific promotion in order to track its effectiveness and revenue generated
- Tracking referrals from existing patients in a different area than referring providers
We have attempted a few patient referral incentives but our doctor is hesitant to track this in our system because when you select the patient as the referral in OMS Vision, it ties that patient into our referrer's report, which he thinks should only represent doctor referrals. It would be nice to either create a separate tracking functionality in that same area for existing patient referrals or have a way to track/report this in a different area so that you can see who your top patient referrers are AS well as your top doctor referrers.
