It would be nice for the clinicians to be able to select a box when adding/editing EHR notes on a given day for a certain procedure, to indicate what image in PT's documents correspond with the treatment. They could also select a contact for that treatment that could automatically generate a letter using the correct contact (ex: letters for implants go to general dentist or letter for an oral biopsy could go to someone else in this specific example) and then when they select the image that corresponds to TX, that image could automatically populate in an "image merge field" so that you don't have to go and export the image to the desktop, just to pull in the image to the letter. By allowing the clinicians to select referrer, or who the letter should go to in the EHR notes, this could avoid someone in the admin staff choosing the incorrect provider to send the letter to. Also, if there are multiple providers that the letter could be sent to, they could have the option to select one or all, and the letter could automatically duplicate for each provider (with the personalization of each Dr's name being done off of the check boxes).
