We could use a preferred pharmacy field that could be free type in the patient info center...
Would like a preferred pharmacy selection and a table to store nearby pharmacies for quick access to phone numbers and information.

Additionally, the basic/standard PBHS Truform has a field on it for the patient's preferred pharmacy. Would like that to merge into a designated field.

The pharmacy field is becoming more critical as more and more offices switch to ePrescribe in their state. Needs to be an easy to see field and be visible in PIC & EHR. Ideally would actually show with the Medical RX / prescription section.

We would like a field called Pharmacy listed after the co-therapist 1/2 section. We want to be able to look athe the general tab and see the pharmacy.We will need to be able to add to a list of all of the pharmacies that we use could be pasted into the field.
