Expand the 'recall postcard' function
Expand the "recall postcard" function to enable OMS to send any kind of message; e.g., to notify patients that they have an outstanding balance and that we are waiting on their insurance company to finalize the amount. the recipients would be selected by the "pending insurance " marker, and the postcard would contain the appropriate HIPAA safe text, name and address, and of course the practice logo.
