Strike through cancelled appointments rather than removing from schedule completely.
When a patient cancels an appointment, there is no way to go back on the date and look at the cancelled appointments on the schedule. Rather than removing the cancelled patient, could there please be a function to mark no call no show/ or cancelled appointment. Possibly through the colored marks? (i.e. confirmed appt is black, orange for x-rays, yellow for in treatment). Thanks.
We’ve had some discussions and clarifications on this idea, and have decided to re-open it.

This is needed! it is very difficult to keep track of these appointments that were cancelled or no showed.

When a patient No Show's to an appointment. The only option is to Cancel the appointment and mark it "Failed". This becomes difficult with multiple offices looking for potential scheduling time. Our other office is unaware this patient simply didn't come to their appointment vs. an appointment that just cancelled. Also if the patient calls in regards to this appointment - We can't simply re-schedule the No show appointment - we have to create a new one and it doesn't carry over the information that may have been in their originally scheduled appointment.
