Adjustment code in Clinical Tab
I would like the option to choose an adjustment code while in the Clinical tab. Sometimes, other people post the charges from the Clinical tab and do not know the reason for the adjustment that was entered on the treatment plan.

When we call technical supp
There are not enough available Bomgers (Remote Assistance Portal) open for your technical support to log on to our computers when we need technical support. When that happens we then have to take a number for them to call us back. This has been a problem for a long time and has the problem has exponentially grown since the update.

porcelain fused to metal crown material picture
In the CV charting please create a material picture for PFM crowns that will be the same color as porcelain except for a small metallic collar encircling the gingival portion of the entire crown so we can easily distinguish all porcelain crowns from PFM crowns. Thanks!

let charge override
let charge override UCR in posting screen. charges vary from patient to patient & when we enter a charge and zero is ucr when posting it and selecting none for insurance filing it changes our fee to zero. we have preferences set up to use charge not ucr and want that to take presidence regardless of whether or not there is insurance.

Insurance payments:can't see the date of service when posting if the insurance name is too long
Previously,OMSVsion stated "insurance 1 or 2" indicating if the primary or secondary insurance made payment.The new system lists the insurance name which is good but if that name is too long,the date of service which corresponds to the payment gets cut off.Sometimes you can only see the insurance name & not the date of service at all.

Max. benefit use as opposed to Max Beneit left
In the inusrance tab, in the patient info center, the system should ask for the benefit used to date, as opposed to the benefit left, since most insurance companies relay the info as benefit used to date.

Make e-mail addresses for patients go automatically to the e-mail provider.
I would like to see your e-mail system in pt. info center work just with your software. Having to put each individual e-mail into another software is too time consumming. And to have an outside tech is very costly.

Post op notes
Post op notes create a standard form for extractions,biopsy..etc then we could add any important notes to that instead of typing every single note and being so repeative would save a lot of time at our practice

one touch chart print out
each narrative requires an individual print out if I desire to print the paients entire record. i would like to print to print out all of the narratives and the EMR with one touch of an icon.

edit letter option to also include printable envelope to guarantor for financial letters.
in the word processor under File Manager are a number of letters to mail out. One option is to print an envelope as well. This is great, except that for the collection letters. Under receivables the letter prints the guarantor's name and address (great), but there is no option to also print the envelope to the guarantor. The only options are: patient, referrer, and general dentist. Please add the option to include guarantor. Thank you.

It is very unusual to get an ext from an ins company. The notes is a great solution for the extension if needed.

Update time clock
When entering in "future dates" the system defaults the time to the current time instead of the time you indicated. ie: at 1:23pm I entered in - Vacation 7am to 3pm - and when I hit "enter" it puts 1:23pm to 3pm.
