edit letter option to also include printable envelope to guarantor for financial letters.
in the word processor under File Manager are a number of letters to mail out. One option is to print an envelope as well. This is great, except that for the collection letters. Under receivables the letter prints the guarantor's name and address (great), but there is no option to also print the envelope to the guarantor. The only options are: patient, referrer, and general dentist. Please add the option to include guarantor. Thank you.
