   ESLA - We find this an inconvenience too. We are printing them so the patient can review them now, sign them and scan them in. The signature log is not enough of a tool for us to track that electronic signature. We want to see the entire signed document. So in addition to the signature box popping up afterwards, we'd like to have the signed treatment plan get stored in the document center (like the letters log).
