Reducing drop down lists
I am not sure of the proper name of the menu drop down lists. When you click on <File>, <Utilities> or when you right click on a patient name in appointment book... there is another list of options. I have always been a fan of reducing these options on long drop down lists to the preference of the individual user; with one option, perhaps named <more> which allows you to expand into the remaining options. Perhaps by drag and drop or clicking an option box that field will appear in the primary option list. This allows the new user to reduce the options and confusion to their present level of EV usage. Then the power of EV is not so confusing. Also, the advanced users will be able to configure their view of EV by their interest, i.e. front desk versus back office.
