When pulling up a patient's record, it would be helpful to have the special note pop up at that time as well as when scheduling the patient.
For instance, when pulling up a patient's record, it is helpful to have the special notes pop up at that time instead of when it's too late when scheduling the patient.

add a shortcut from the appointment book to pt documents
This would then take you directly to the document center to scan rather than having to go into the pt info center first and then click on the documents. This is utilized for every patient and would make it much quicker when scanning in documents throughout the day.

Have a preference to not allow for appointments to be able to be made without a telephone #
For a real patient to be placed in preregister or on the schedule, it would be nice if you could place a preference to not be able to schedule unless a phone # or email is available. If you can not confirm this is either a patient you will not be able to contact or is not a real patient.

Add calcification
Need to add calcification as an option when we double click on the canal. (Edit root canal details - under Problems, Oath, and Observ. - need item "Calcification" with drop down list.)
