  1. extended support hours

    Need extended support hours. Currently support is open from 6 am to 5 pm MST. Our offices is often open from 6 am to 6 pm MST, sometimes longer.

  2. appointment search

    On the appointment book, there is a feature that you can use to search for existing and new patient appointments that are coming up. (appointment book / tools / search / appointment search).

    The problem is....the field is FIRST NAME / LAST NAME. This is opposite of everywhere else in the software and is not labeled to tell you that is in this format either.

    IF PATIENT IS THE SUBSCRIBER MIDDLE DOSENT PRINT ON CLAIM FORM IN THE SUBSCRIBER AREA EVEN THROUGH IT IS IN THEIR PROFILE??

    These kinds of requests are tricky, we need to have a copy of rejection notices from the insurance company for us to consider changes like this.

    I would highly recommend you contact our support team and provide rejection notice documentation so that this can be documented appropriately.

  4. EHR note time longer

    I would like to have the time with the EHR notes to be extended to about 2 or 3 days. This way the Dr. has more time to go in and make the notes and if there are any changes that need to be made they can be but not within the 12am time frame.

  5. Fix dates on EHR under cases

    The dates under treatment start date automatically populate as the the date of the first date anything is entered under treatment even if it is a consultation. This date can be changed but will change back as soon as you start to enter in the next date of treatment. This makes the EHR inaccurate and confusing when trying to discuss the case with other offices.

  7. EMR Reports

    From Camelot Endo:
    Sometimes we need to print only one page of the patients history or dental records. As it is now we have to go through several steps. Realizing EHR can produce all dental records in a quick and easy method is great but it does not include general information that the patient gives to us when they first come in.

  9. EMR Canal Detail

    Need to add calcification as an option when we double click on the canal. Edit Root Canal Details-Under Problems, Pathology, Observation. Add Item Calcification with a drop down list. From Dr. Huey. Question from EV - what should be contained in the drop down list?
