After the last update (17.1.0) we have been unable to access anything scanned into the document center. It would be great if this could be fixed ASAP. Very inconvenient when something works in one version and in the next upgrade it stops!1 vote
Have you already reached out to our support team? They have tools to assist with these types of issues, and I’m sure they’d be happy to help.
Be able to directly access pre-reg patient's documents when hovering over their appointment and right clicking vs. clicking on the appointment then closing out the information center, and then clicking on documents2 votes

It would be nice if an alert or tab would indicate that you have something in the document file for this patient. Tab or marker please for something in document center. Many times when a patient is referred a email is sent by the gp and radiographs or insurance information are attached. It is much more convenient if all this information is kept together. Not always is other info sent, so need an indicator.14 votes
