NPI Field for Co-Therapists
Please add a field that permits entry of the NPI for co-therapists. A patient may be referred by a general dentist, but a medical claim may require the patient's PCP and that PCP's NPI. Having an NPI field for co-therapists that could be attached to claims would be helpful. We currently hand-write or have to manually enter in electronic medical claims.

Group Practices
Re: entering referrers when they are group practice members
Would like the similar options for group practices as for individual referrers. In our area, more and more physicians and dentists are joining groups. Patients sometimes do not know the name of the referrer they see. These patients may be new to the practice, don’t care, or see a different dentist in the group most times. We do set up the groups but the data is not usable from a practical standpoint. We work around it manually but it would be a time saver and assist us in our practice marketing.…1 voteIn what ways is the data unusable from a practical standpoint? In Office Stats
In Office STats should be printable. We also should be able to review a previous date of service.

add option to "edit" insurance instead of just add or delete

HIPAA concern with windows still showing or coming up after logging out of software
There are a couple of pop-up windows with patient information that still come up or pop-up on their own after having logged off of the software, or if they already open (which many times isn't obvious as they may be hidden in the background) they do not close automatically when you log off of the software.
