Appointment list report
We would like the logo/company name space at the stop of our appointment report eliminated as well as the 12:00 lunch appointment spot on this report.
This takes up space that could be used to list the patient's appointments and comments. The Dr's use this report to call the patients in the evening.
This report comes from the printer icon when in appointments. It's labeled: Appointment List.

there is an option when printing this report to not print blocks. if lunch appointments are added as blocks, then not checking this box will not print the lunch blocks.
