Ledger tab receipts
It would be nice to have the receipts for payment actually reflect what the payment was being applied to. Meaning, if a patient comes in to make a payment on a specific date of service, you can not get the receipt to reflect the charge and payment. As well as it would be nice to have the receipt actually show the multi payments types (paying a portion via cash and check, or two checks). Your update still does not reflect this on receipts.

2 – Possible training related, look at statement preference setting to show detail on statements. Then use the quick statement instead of receipt.

patient comes in to make a payment on a specific (previous) date of service (ie. was seen on 1/10/2010 and 2/18/2010) 1/10/2010 and wants a receipt for that date and payment. Statement will not JUST show that specific information and if you right click on the ledger tab to reprint a "receipt" you do not have the option to have that date specifically with this payment show.
