be able to lock contact notes! collection calls become evidence in court and should not be deleted or altered after they have entered
contact notes are now different than chart notes as far as evidence goes if things go into the court room mediation or hearings.

if the accounts go to collections these are requested as evidence. patient responses should not be able to be changed or deleted or carriers for that matter should have an auto lock feature on the Program operation tab
