Software is slow and hangs when used by several users since upgrades.
Software hangs and is slow to repsond in multiple fields since upgrades. Two differnet servers were tried and bothe experienced the same problem, so it is definitely a software problem.
We’ve made several performance improvements in the last few updates, please contact support if you still have slowing issues.

We have the same problem. I can't even send electronic claims as the system freezes up when trying to attach an x-ray, freezes when importing and exporting information out of OMSVision.

We have also experienced this slowing since upgrading to OMS Vision v. 12 (currently v. 12.3.0). Just running on a server with no clients attached can be excruciatingly slow -- not uncommon for OMS Vision to take several minutes to launch.
