do not include no ins codes in predetermination requests
We have certain codes that should not be submitted to insurance and are marked that way in the fee schedule. When submitting a predetermination request those codes are being sent to the insurance company anyway. please don't allow this if they are marked no insurance in the fee schedule.

Hi! there’s an option to ‘show on claims’ on the options tab of the fee schedule/edit fee code. You can set it to ‘none’ and the code should not show on the claim form.

I have that option chosen in the fee schedule but it still goes to the insurance on a predetermination request from the treatment plan.
