Detailed Receipt- Have receipt option detailed like ledger receipt
To have the receipt option when checking out a patient to have the same details listed for service information as the receipt option that can be printed from the ledger

PRFD - Show all inactive and active patient's at one time.
When searching for a patient, be able to search inactive and active at one time.

Moving documents to different categories
It would be nice to have the option of moving documents between categories in the document center.
Currently when we add or scan into the Documents area, the document has to stay where it was added or we have to delete it and rescan if it was accidentally entered under the wrong category.

Auto Save on Progress notes
Is there any way to have the progress notes "auto save" You don't have to "save" anything else in DV and CV, but you HAVE to press save when doing progress notes..... not easy on the clinical team when they forget or if the computer "hic-ups" while doing this.

PDG- Print receipt option availible when posting quick pay and family pay
Currenlty the only way to print the receipt automatically is if you post by line item, it will then give you the option to print the receipt. It would be alot more efficient if we could print the receipt automaticaly when posting a payment by quick pay or family pay (Family receipt would be nice)

DC - Specific Security Access level to over-ride password needed in time-clock
When managers need to go in and adjust employee time-clocks, they still need to enter a password. It would be time-efficient if we can over-ride this so we don't have to memorize multiple passwords.

ESTIMATOR: ability to pre-load fees to be effective on future date
Great Expressions: GE-58b Updating Estimator Table: Need the ability to pre-load fees to be effective in the future. e.g. New Guardian fees are effective 7/1/2009 – If schedules are received in advance it would be nice to load them as I receive them. Currently all of Guardian fees have to be updated/upload on the exact date they are effective.

navigating the progress notes templates
Currently it's not easy to use progress notes templates. we would like an ability to tab from line to line when using the template so that he is not having to use the arrows to scroll down then to the end.
it would be nice to be able to use a "cut" and "paste" feature as well, we do repeat a lot of statements......

progress notes button when they have been completed
It would be great of there was an icon or button that let you know while looking at the appt book that the progress notes have been completed and locked. this would save the doctor going into each patient at the end of the day to see if he/she has completed the progress notes.

INS: Additional DMO type plan features - see comments
Great Expressions: GE-42A Enable 'DMO' plans to have fee schedules, where the fee schedule will be code based and with the ability to: (1) Apply a patient co-pay as a % of UCF, or as a fixed dollar amount, (2) Designate a supplemental amount (insurance fixed dollar amount) and (3) Designate an "Insurance Guarantee" amount (not the same as chair-hour guarantee), which will be used to generate insurance claims under the formula = Insurance Guarantee - Patient co-pay. PDG- Appointment Book- make the actual time of day highlighted on the times at the side of appt book
On the apointment book, if it's actually 9:49am, have the 9:45 on the sides of the appointment book highlighted, so we can tell the approx current time of day when looking at the apointment book. This helps when checking in patients or scheduling walk-in patients

FCGD - link pre reg patients via guarantor
Would like the ability to indicate a guarantor when entering multiple family members - ie enter the guarantor first, then use the copy button to add in multiple family members and be able to link them back to the guarantor somehow - to make registration process easier

Routing Slip: add birthdate to routing slip
Monterey: a Preference setting to show the patient’s date of birth on routing slips. At this time only the age is shown.

Locking Clinical Vision
Notes do not lock upon signature nor are you able to set a time frame in which the not would lock.

The deductible to calcuate when you update and recalc a tx plan that was enterd in the previous year
when a tx plan is entered in the previous year, and you update and recalculate it does not take add the deductible into the treament plan. so if I enter a tx plan in Nov of the previous year and the paitnet comes in sometime in jan w/ a new ins, the deductible does not get added when I update and recalc. I have to re-enter the treatment plan for the correct estimate from the ins.

Add PDF format when capturing a document or insurance card via scanner instead of image type
OK… say they were scanning in a patient registration form or prior dental x-rays from another office.
When the user opens a patient document center and then clicks the “capture button” to capture a document such as patient registration forms, medical cards, or even dental images (such as panos or bitewings); there should be an option to have that format be a PDF format instead of a picture format for the following reasons:
- Documents scanned in as a PDF produce higher quality documents
- Which are easier to read when opened
- And yet the size of the document is relatively smaller…
